In order to use the Kyyti app the user must provide his / her consent to the processing of his / her personal data according to the privacy policy of Kyyti Operointi Oy.

Kyyti Operointi Oy collects personal data of the users.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data that he or she enters in the order and for the mistakes he or she makes in the order.

The user cannot cancel the purchase or the order of a service on the basis of incorrect information provided by the user.

Cancellation policies of different services may vary and they are defined in the terms of each service provider. Please carefully check the order you are making in the Kyyti app before confirming the order.

The user should always make sure in good time that he / she is able to present the necessary information and identifications in the Kyyti app. 

Should the device which hosts the Kyyti app be out of order or unavailable for whatever reason (e.g. out of battery) and thus the user be unable to prove the right to use the service, the user must prove the right in an alternative way or to be able to buy the access in an alternative way if possible. An alternative way to verify access to a service is explained in the terms and instructions of each service and it varies between different services.

If it can be proven that the user had a valid right to use a service and for a non-user related cause this could not be shown in the Kyyti app, the user will be given a voucher that covers the expense of buying the service in an alternative way. The voucher can be used to buy services using the Kyyti app.
