You will find your tickets by pressing the ticket icon on the application´s start screen. Please present your ticket to the driver or to the ticket reader according to terms of use of the service in question when boarding a vehicle.

Opening and presenting the ticket requires an active internet connection. Please make sure that the ticket opens properly before boarding a vehicle.

Please note that changing to another device and back again is possile only once during the time a ticket is valid.
This makes it possible to use a season / 30-day ticket with a spare phone. Should you try to use a season ticket with a 3rd device it will lock itself to be used only with the previous device. This is to prevent using a 30-day ticket for other than personal use.

Should the season ticket not work for other reason please contact Kyyti´s customer support.

When the ticket expires it will be visible in your Order History on the app.
