If you are using Kyyti as part of a journey (e.g. to continue your trip with another transport service), make sure you have enough time to switch from one vehicle to another. The liability to compensate for a missed connection is limited to the price of Kyyti. Even though we strive for punctuality concerning the estimated times, we can not guarantee a minute timetable, and we will not refund the Kyyti price in minor delays. If you want to make sure that you arrive at your destination in time, make a Kyyti order by setting the arrival time instead of the departure time.
