Lost or damaged luggage must be reported to Kyyti customer support either using the application or by email at [email protected]. We do not compensate for unreported lost or damaged luggage. The maximum amount of compensation for luggage is 200 Euro.

We do not transport dangerous luggage.

We reserve the right to inspect luggage with the driver or other other company official present if considered necessary for safety purposes. 

Luggage and other goods left in a vehicle are delivered to local lost and found services.
