A reason for this can be that you have changed the device for using the tickets too many times. Changing your device (mobile phone) is possible only once during the validity period of the ticket. This enables you to use the ticket with a spare phone should your main phone get damaged. You can also transfer the ticket back to its original device. Should you try to use a ticket on a third device it will be prevented from transfer and will be locked to the device it was previously used on.

Please note that resetting your device results in the app seeing your device as a new one, so it can result in the app getting locked.
