If the problem persists after updating the application, please contact Kyyti customer support using the chat at the bottom right corner of this page or by email to [email protected]. If possible, please include screen caps of your buying attempts and from the possible error messages.
If the problem is not solved in time, you need to purchase a normal ticket from the driver. If the Kyyti order database shows that you had a valid ticket that did not open for you for reasons you could not influence, you will be credited with the price of the ticket purchased from the driver in the form of discount coupon added to you account. It can be used for buying new tickets.
