Activating Kyyti happens via an email message. If you do not receive the activation email, please double check your Spam folder. 

If you can not activate Kyyti from the button in the activation email, please try to enter the PIN code contained in the message to the app's start screen. 

If you have not yet moved from Tuup to Kyyti and have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your Password?" link on the login page to change your password. If the problem persists after changing your password please contact Kyyti customer support using the chat at the bottom right corner of this page or by email to [email protected].
