You can find your active tickets in Kyyti from the ticket icon at the bottom right corner of the app's main screen. Please display the ticket to the driver while onboarding or show it to the ticket scanning device, as instructed by driver.

Please note that opening or using the ticket requires an active internet connection.

When the ticket is no longer valid it is moved into your Order History and you can get a receipt to your email by clicking the trip you want the receipt from.

Please note that you can transfer the ticket to a new mobile device only once during the validity period of the ticket. This enables you to use the ticket with a spare phone should your main phone get damaged. You can also transfer the ticket back to its original device. Should you try to use a ticket on a third device it will be prevented from transfer and will be locked to the device it was previously used on.
